Thermonalysis is a smart food temperature and compliance solution to increase public safety and reduce risk for restaurants by easily capturing the temperature of foods which is then automatically uploaded to an integrated app. This technology ensures that the temperature of food is not only timeously recorded but that this step of the process is made as quick and efficient as possible.

The temperature is read by the infared thermometer which then sends the information to your app which then in turn saves the information on your computer thereby eliminating the need for tedious probe checks.

In its latest report, Food Canada estimates that over 11 000 people will be hospitalized due to food poisoning and 200 people will die due to food-borne related illness.
